This brand new beach house was designed for family relaxation and comfort,with 180 degree Ocean views. It has 3 bedrooms,one of which is a large studio,separate from the main house with its own view of the ocean. All 3 bedrooms have Queen sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. There is a 4th shower and toilet in the laundry. The main deck has a large table for alfresco dining,with views of the sea. There is an edible garden, with herbs ,fruit trees and vegetables for guests to pick when in season. There are ceiling fans in every room,and a gas fire in TV area for chilly nights. There are two indoor sitting areas,one with a Smart TV both with ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The house has been furnished to a high standard,with 3 Queen sized beds and a double sofa bed in TV area. All of ground floor self contained 3 bed house ,2 decks and including separate studio I will be available to show you around on arrival and will be contactable by phone through out your stay. Wombarra is an hour and 15 min drive from Sydney CBD The house has a train station 5 mins away ,with trains to Sydney CBD and the south coast. Wombarra Beach is patrolled and has an Ocean pool,it is a short 3mins walk away from the house. The Scarborough Pub and Wombarra Bowling Club are nearby,and offer food and great views of the ocean. The nearest coffee shops are 15 min walk from the house at Coledale. Coledale School has a great market on the 3rd Sunday of every Month,it is well worth a visit. The nearest supermarket is in Thirroul,a 15 minute drive away. Anita's Theatre in Thiroul has live concerts throughout the year. Hang gliding availiable nearby at Stanwell Tops Symbio Wildlife Park 15 mins away The Famous Sea Bridge is walking distance Bowral and Berrima in Southern Highlands are 1 hours drive away. The Kangeroo Valley,Kiama and Berry are just over an hour away by Car. Sydney Internatioal Airport is 1 hour by train and by car.
