Great value Cosy private sleepout only 5 minutes walk away from Bell Block Beach, 10 mins drive to city and 30mins drive to mountain. 5 mins from airport. Room is a private sleepout detached from the main house, room has microwave and fridge, television, no cooking facilities I am able to collect and drop off at a small additional charge. My cats bear and mia are friendly Come and enjoy our mountain, various walks, summer gardens, pukekura park through summer new en suite added, finishing touches will be added , cheap room rate, come stay, get away private bathroom has been added,, toilet, vanity, shower , Welcome to ask for assistance or help, open to questions Very peaceful and quiet, can hear the beach also on calm days, mountain views, safe, off street parking, come stay and walk the walkway to the city or attempt many of our mountain tracks only minutes away You will need a car to access city, bus service is here but a bit limited, however we have a very walkway all the way along the sea side to the city, beautiful walk Please ask me if you want something,a time away from home
