Private en suite studio with separate private entrance, adjoined to our family home in leafy Sydney North Shore / Hills District. Off street parking and good access to the M2 and M1. Bus stops to City, Macquarie Park, Castle Hill and Parramatta on the doorstep. Cherrybrook Metro a 15-20 minute walk away. The Space Recently renovated studio with: - Lounge / Dining Area with TV - Kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge - Sleeping area with double fitted wardrobe - Ensuite bathroom Guests have access to the good-sized unfenced front garden and one off street parking space. We live in the adjoining house (no connecting doorway) with our young family. We prefer to be around when guests first arrive to give a brief orientation and leave you to enjoy your stay. Leafy suburban northern Sydney The express bus stop to Sydney CBD is 150m away from the property and there is easy access to the Sydney train and Metro networks. If you have your own transport, we are close to the M1, M2 and Pennant Hills Road. The studio will comfortably fit 2 adults. It is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
