La Chanabar

La Chanabar is ideally located on the heights of Brive - la - Gaillarde, 2 km from the pretty village of Aubazine, with its Cistercian Abbey and the Canal des Moines, and the tourist center of Le Coiroux (swimming, fishing, golf , Go-Ape, hiking trails ...). Within a few kilometers are the pretty villages of Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Curemonte, Donzenac and the Dordogne Valley (Argentat, Beaulieu). Sarlat, Rocamadour, Padirac cave, the prehistoric cave of Lascaux can provide an easy day out. This beautiful new build is both comfortable and functional: a beautiful living room (internet connection, telephone, TV...) and a modern fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave oven) open onto a terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) with a panoramic view and large semi-enclosed land, 6 people can be accommodated in 3 double bedrooms (including one with en-suite). A 2nd bathroom, a toilet, laundry room (washing machine, dryer) and garage complete the facilities. The village of Aubazine offers shops such has a bakery, butchers and convenience store as well as three restaurants, one of which is an easy walk from the house There are a number of walking routes straight from the doorstep as Aubazine lays on the Rocamadour arm of the Compostella route. More details can be found in the tourist information centre in Aubazine The beddings are not included but can be made available at a cost of €25 per bed. The house should be returned cleaned, if you so wish, we can also provide this service for you at a cost of €50. There are no gas detector in the house as there is no gas!
