Well equipped for the winters with IMPORTED GERMAN RADIATORS our home is suitable for a memorable short or long term stay . Conveniently located at a 30 min drive from Shimla mall. High speed broadband for work from home, huge LCD tv with HD channels, speakers, fully functional kitchen, terrace barbecue to unwind, relax & enjoy the view We have a full time caretaker and cleaning everyday for safety. Location info : the plumcove, Mashobra on G maps Insta: the_plumcove The Plumcove is a travel-themed house, we intend to make you feel welcomed and warm from the moment you step into our home. We have been told that the best part of this apartment is the huge living room with panoramic windows which open up to the spectacular views of the valley. We don't let out rooms individually and the whole apartment is let out at once as the living space and the terrace is common. There is an independent staircase to the house. The house is enabled with 4 G Wifi internet , cable TV , sound system with Aux connectivity with most the HD english and hindi entertainment and sports channels , heaters, hot water bottles, hot running water and other facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Reaching us - The apartment building has parking sufficient for a big car or even a traveler - You can follow the (Hidden by Airbnb) maps location and reach straight to the property - The apartment is located just off the state highway road - The drive to Mashobra is considered very pretty by guests and locals alike - We have tie-ups with local cab drivers and we can help you plan your trip to our hills :) - Ask me for recommendations on what to eat and see We keep adding stuff as requested by guests so make sure we are only improving :) Guests will have absolute access to everything in the house. Laze around on cozy couches in the Living room , pick a book to read along with the clouds that often are at the same level as you. Bring along your favorite movies or seasons on your USB and watch them on the TV. Sip your morning coffee on the swing overlooking the valley. Access the dining space and the kitchen for a lovely meal :) We have a very functional kitchen with electronics like Fridge , Microwave , Induction , electric kettle etc to do just that, additionally if your too lazy to step out , the caretaker can help you with the groceries . There are a couple of restaurants nearby which offer home delivery above a minimum amount of rs 350 so forget the food blues and enjoy the view. There will be a caretaker on call , additionally , you can call me anytime if you need anything :) When your done seeing the attractions in Shimla . You can go play golf at the Naldhera golf course with prior appointments of course , or go visit the antique Italian Villa in Craignano. Mashobra also offers adventure sports like rock climbing and rappling. If you like photography , you can map star trails in the clear skies and if you like hiking there are a couple of trails to the forest in Mashobra. We can arrange a cab for you on requests :) No surprise policy for additional services - Cook can be arranged for INR 300 one meal labour charges only ( upto 4 people, 400 for 6, 500 for 8 and so on ) - The caretaker can help with the groceries so you dont have to step out for chores (You can tip him @50 per market round) - Driver boarding charges are 350 rs a day - Barbecue can be arranged on the balcony : barbecue stand + coal + assistance with lighting - 800 INR The maid is paid to clean and dust the house only, we request you to clean the utensils as you use. If you need the maid to help you clean , please tip her accordingly. We like being fair and square, no hidden charges ever :) If the staff brings to our attention time taking cleaning chores after you have left, we might request cleaning charges. House rules Don't worry we don't have many :) 1. Please try not to smoke in the house ( we know it's very cold in the terrace , but the house is made from wood majorly and we don't you getting hurt ) 2. Yes we know the weather calls for a cheers but please don't break crockery, furniture etc when you are high ( it's happened a lot more than you expect and we might request payment for damages if any ) 3. The maid is there to clean but utensils is not a part of her Job Description ( a little bit if utensils is fine but please don't leave a pile of utensils for the poor lady , you are advised to tip in case you get her to do a lot of your utensils ) 4. Request you to please leave the house not in a mess ( We do get a lot of enthusiastic party people, and three maids have quit after seeing the house post check out, if the house is too dirty we might request cleaning charges ) 5. Please check out on time ( A lot of people take early morning buses and are waiting to get in, please support us in making sure no one has to wait more than promised ) 6.
