Sea House View is a small and cozy house near the main road and the beach with sea and mountain views. Near the house there are restaurants, grocery stores, health center, bus stops (Rodoeste) and leisure spaces, with easy access by foot. Madalena do Mar is ideal for holidays, with a calm and relaxing environment. Sea House View is a small, cozy house on the seafront, surrounded by banana plantations and close to the main road. The inside is composed of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The outdoor space has a balcony that is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun while enjoying the stunning views of the sea. The house is new and carefully decorated to welcome you. It's also equipped with the essentials for you enjoy your holidays. If you rent a car, there is a space next to the entrance of the house to park it. - Guests can use the balcony, equiped with a table and chairs with cushion. - In case of need, we can facilitate some missing resource considered necessary for the stay. - Change of towels/sheets, reinforcement of essentials provided and a soft cleaning is provided on long stays once a week (from check-in). We try to make our guests feel comfortable and we are always available to make your stay easier. We are easily reachable by message. For professional reasons, I can not always be present at check-in / check-out, which is the responsibility of my parents, who live in the house next to Sea House View and are also available to help you. Madalena do Mar is a small location in the municipality of Ponta do Sol, considered one of the hottest of the island of Madeira and, therefore, very popular for holidays. It's a fishing spot with a beautiful promenade along the pebble beach. Due to its location and climate, it's known as the best location of Madeira Island for banana production. It's possible to cross the whole location by foot, many people use it to practice physical exercise, like hiking and jogging. Along the promenade, there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants. In the grocery store, you can buy essential items. In the bars you can enjoy traditional drinks (poncha) and snacks (typical bread: bolo do caco with garlic butter and limpets) and in the restaurants you can taste the typical dishes of Madeira Island. The speciality is fish dishes. Airport - Sea House View - Taxi: Request the taxi at the airport, indicate the address of the house to the driver and enjoy the view along the route. Persons) on Taxi Madeira website. - Public transportation/Bus: Aerobus to Funchal (5 € p/person), changing to a Rodoeste bus (we recommend the express route, which takes about 30 minutes between each location) to Madalena do Mar (around € 5 p/person). Sometimes direct buses to Madalena do Mar aren't available, but you can tabe a bus Funchal-Ribeira Brava or Funchal-Ponta do Sol (around 5€ p/person) and then request a taxi to Madalena do Mar (around 8€).
