Liverpool House - a 3 storey, cosy cottage style Townhouse. Situated in the Cardigan Bay Area. There is a range amenities on your doorstep, it really is a delightful place to stay and unwind. Local cafe's, restaurants and pub's on your doorstep and a short walk to the local blue flag beach ! Locally there is Aberdovey golf club, mountains to coast in minutes. Snowdonia national park is a 5 min drive Cosy three storey townhouse close to the beach and all local amenities. There is a retro cinema, pubs within stumbling distance and some really good independent food establishments. In addition to takeaways, a couple of supermarkets and a beach within walking distance - what more could you ask for? You can drive here and then not have to get in your car until you are going home. Perfect for a relaxing getaway and everything you need within walking distance as well as a train station. We now have an outside space for relaxing. 2,3or 4 Bedrooms - please state how many bedrooms are required when booking as rooms will be allocated depending on group size. From September 2019 we will be charging £25 per dog fee. 2 x small dogs or 1 x medium Accepted, if you have a bigger dog or you have any queries please get in touch :) There is a £150 booking deposit but that doesn’t come direct to ourselves. Airbnb place a hold of this amount on your card 2 days before your stay and it is unblocked if the house is in the condition it was when you arrived. The cleaning fee just covers the linens being laundered so please ensure that the house is as you find it to ensure that the full deposit is returned. You will have your own front door and there are fire escape windows in each floor. There are French doors in the kitchen (for emergency exit) and a terraced area on the first floor. Please note the stairs are steep and probably not suitable for people with mobility problems Available by text, email and mobile. The beach! You can walk there in 15-20 minutes, take the train to Barmouth along the coast and you can walk across the estuary on Barmouth bridge, Tallylyn railway and Dolgoch falls are also close by. Tywyn is a delightful coastal town on the shores of Cardigan Bay. The area is surrounded by the famous Snowdonia National Park which is renowned for its natural beauty, with Talyllyn Lake, Dovey Estuary and Cader Idris a short drive away. For golfing enthusiasts there is a championship course at nearby Aberdovey. Sailing and all water sports are very popular at both Aberdovey and Tywyn plus sea and river fishing within easy distance. Walking! You don’t need any transport when you get here - unless you want to go to one of the local beauty spots or to sunny Barmouth for the day by the coastal train! Although dogs are allowed at our house just not in the bedrooms. Please note that it is important to clean up after your dog, hoover the furniture and floor before you leave please :)
