Check-in: After 2:00pm Check-out: 11:00am No smoking ! No pets ! No parties or events ! Check-in time can be adjusted depending on availability. Late check out after 11pm will result in a charge of $100.00. Pick up service can be offered depending on availability ($70). Please message me to arrange this ! This is a modern two bedroom apartment with air conditioning, two flat screen TVs and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toasters and coffee machine are all provided. Please respect the rules Please take off shoes in the house. Please be considerate of others in the area- no loud noise after 10pm. Please tidy up after cooking. Please take care of the keys- in the case of lost, stolen or damages keys a replacement fee of $300.00 will be charged. Locking yourself out will require the hosts assistance and $100.00 will be charged (just be careful). THIS IS A NO SMOKING ROOM. FINES UP TO $1000.00 WILL APPLY. There is secure parking for $25/day, unlimited entry/exit. There is also free parking on the side streets ~5 minutes walk too. The best part of our location is how close it is to public transport, restaurants and shops. The main street is packed full with places to eat and two major shopping malls- Chatswood Westfield and Chatswood Chase. Every Thursday and Friday Willoughby City Council runs Chatswood Mall Market offering a variety of street food vendors and gift stalls from 9am - 9pm. There are train, bus and metro services connecting Chatswood to Sydney CBD, North shore and North Sydney as well as surrounding suburbs which can be reached from our apartment via an 8 minute walk.
