Villa Toumana Djerba (piscine sans vis-à-vis)

Villa Toumana is a spacious, light-filled house in a beautiful, private traditional garden (7000 m2). Two floors, big rooms, verandas, terraces and balconies on all sides of the house. A large pool 10m x 5m with poolside covered terrace, BBQ, shower, WC for leisurely meals from breakfast through to late dinners. We are in a peaceful countryside location 2km from the beautiful Seguia beach and 4km from the local town, Midoun. Ideal space for family holidays. Spacious ground floor with open plan living/dining room and table tennis table. A large well-equipped kitchen with access to the pool area and terrace. 2 double bedrooms and bathroom/WC. On the second floor, master bedroom with ensuite shower room, three double bedrooms (one with a large terrace ideal for sunsets), one large bathroom, seating area and another beautiful terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside with its palm and olive trees. The property is walled and there is space to park 2-3 vehicles in the grounds. You will have exclusive access to all parts of the villa, garden and poolside areas. I am originally from the island of Djerba and live close by with my family. I am always available to assist my guests with any needs you may have during your stay. We are located on the East side of the island of Djerba. Close by is the beautiful Seguia beach with the famous seafood cafe, Laguna. There are a couple of small shops and a post office in the hamlet of Arkou (100 m from the villa). The nearby town of Midoun has a covered market, supermarkets, spice shops, a small souk selling artisanal goods and a weekly farmers market. Top attractions in Djerba are the crocodile farm at Djerba Explore, synagogue and international street art exhibition at Hara Sghrira, the town of Houmt Souk, quad-biking, horse-riding, local restaurants and cafes We highly recommend renting a car during your stay on Djerba.
