Comfortable three bedroom boutique home with secured indoor / outdoor living space, pool, bikes, and large air conditioned Airbnb guest room. All other spaces are shared spaces and you are welcome to be as private or as social as you feel like:). Close to beach, cafes, weekend markets, swimming pool s, shopping centre. Quiet neighbourhood. Friendly dogs on property. Please note that we cannot host you if you come from a hotspot or have Covid symptoms and that we trust that you provide us with relevant health information if required:). We love our home and hope so will you. People say the house makes them feel at home which is always great to hear. Your room is air-conditioned we are happy to share all living spaces with you. The kitchen is well equipped and you can leisure in the lounge or outside as you please. We live in a quiet and safe area, and are very close to nature as well as urban life. Two bikes can take you anywhere, from the beach front coffee shops to the Deckchair cinema in town and beyond:) Your room is spacious, with it's own entry/exit into the back yard/pool, comes with aircon and a fridge. During the rains you can sit in our living room and watch the weather unfold in the dry comfort yet feeling as if you were amongst natures best display. The space is a shared space setting, we share all living spaces with you as we treat our guests like part of an ever evolving Airbnb tribe. We respect your privacy while at the same time welcome you to share the table with us, whatever suits you best. You have access to the entire space during your stay and you often have the whole house to yourself as we are all at school during the day and busy on the weekends, and for the times when we are home we all share it together:) I am happy to assist you with any queries you might have during your stay and I am happy to socialize but am aware that guests enjoy their own private space. I speak English, German and French, with a bit of Italian and Spanish. We live in a quiet place, adjourned to a little park while a huge Water Park with kids playground and walking/running/biking tracks is just around the corner. Easy accessible for public transport, very close to the airport and about 15 minutes from the city. Public buses stop just 5 minutes from the house and you can park your car either outside on the nature strip or inside the fence if needed.
