I love the views from my flat ,it is in a peaceful area but close to shops and all transport links into Glasgow.[Ten minutes by train and twenty by bus into central Glasgow ]There is a large living space and a roof terrace with seats and BBQ.The local area has lots of shops and nearby are Pollock Park and Queen's Park. The unique elements of the space are the huge living area,large roof terrace with barbecue and wonderful views to the south west with its rolling hills and ever changing skies. Guests have front and back door keys , there is a secure parking area to the rear, the whole space is wheelchair friendly and accessible by a lift.Guests taking the whole space can access all areas including the roof terrace. I will usually be contactable by phone and in the local area.My son and his partner who does the cleaning are almost always available and accessible by phone that number is given to guests on arrival. Shawlands is an up and coming area of Glasgow with lots of shops,small cafes and parks such as Pollock Park and Queen's Park close by.The Burrell Collection,Pollock House ,Tramway and Citizen's Theatre are quite close by. Travel to Glasgow City Centre by rail and bus is very easy with a bus stop at the bottom of Trefoil Avenue while Pollokshaws East Railway Station is 5 minutes walk away. Time to City Centre is 15 mins by bus and 10mins by train.Buses , to Ayr,Prestwick and Troon pass the bottom of Trefoil Avenue.Trains to Ayr and Troon are 10 mins walk away.There are several local Taxi services including Hampden (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)
