The beds are super comfortable and as soon as you walk inside you can feel the cosy farm vibe. The house yard is huge, with lots of established trees and a beautiful flower garden. There is a herb and veggie patch which you are welcome to pick from. There is plenty of room to run around and kick a ball and there is a cubby house. Set on a working cattle farm. The renovated cottage has relaxing views overlooking the beautiful Wilbetree Valley. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet at this rural retreat plus you will have everything Mudgee has to offer only minutes away. The cottage is in a great location. If you head North (turn left) from the entrance, the historic town of Gulgong is less than 20km away. Heading East (straight ahead) , in only a few km you will come out near many wineries. Heading South (turning right) you will go back to Mudgee. The Mid Western Region has been experiencing a mouse problem of late. We have done our very best to keep the premise as clean and as mouse free as possible. There is approximately 500m of unsealed main road prior to the property entrance. The driveway is approximately 800m and that is also unsealed. Please drive slowly and carefully up the drive way.
