Lovely bright Studio with garden outlook, private entrance and ensuite . On site Parking . Kitchenette,Tea /coffee making,microwave ,toaster ,fridge,single element induction hob,pot/pan, cutlery,dishes,glasses,Wifi ,TV DVD, Double bed with a great mattress , down duvets , cotton sheets. Includes a homemade meusli breakfast .I serve capuccino ,latte,flat white 7.30-9am on the deck. Please Note Isolation stays attract a deep cleaning fee of $75. Charged after booking confirmation The garden studio is attached to the house ,it is not huge but is totally separate with it,s own entrance and you will have complete privacy .The room and en suite are for your exclusive use ,it has a shower, toilet and basin,.There is a small fridge ,microwave ,a toaster ,tea and coffee making facilities , Iron ,Blow dryer ,a TV/DVD combo .Goose down duvets inners on your bed..I have just remodelled and it has a brand new kitchenette. The studio is fully insulated and is bright , warm and comfortable with a heater provided if needed. . There is a small counter space for your laptop and a desk chair can be provided. Start your mornings with delicious house blend espresso coffees and homemade museli served between 7.30 and 9am if you want it on the deck or in the house , there are supplies in your room if you choose to breakfast there. I am retired so am usually around to help you if you need me. This is a relatively easy location to get to and from the city and airport. By car and shuttle 20mins to airport via the new tunnel connection and 15 mins to downtown. Bus and train is 40 mins to downtown and by car 15 mins traffic dependant . The house is in a cul de sac in an average mixed family neighbourhood, the area is safe. You are welcome to have breakfast on the deck,use the deck and garden space to chill out, ,and you are also welcome to join me , share a meal ,glass of wine have a chat., watch TV . Wifi is free the code is in the house manual to be read on arrival. As little or as much as they wnt This was my family home and so I know the area well. It is a mixed family neighbourhood and really convenient to the local Henderson township, two supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, one of the best in NZ "Chicos" is within 2 ks, takeaways, Westfield Mall, West Wave Olympic aquatic centre ,train station all just a 7 mins walk .Bus stop is a 3 mins walk ,Trusts Stadium approx 25 min walk or a 5 min drive . Waitakere ranges are a lovely drive with spectacular views over Auckland and it is only 30 mins to the black sand surfing beaches of Piha, Murawai and Bethels I am happy to offer some tips so you get the most out of your stay. There are local markets on Saturday morning and wineries within driving distance.and running trails along the creek in the Tui Glenn Park By car to downtown (traffic dependant) 15mins , bus approx 40mins via motorway and by train approx the same time. I am located 20mins west to and from the airport by car if you take the new tunnel Airport shuttle cost around $50 to $60 The bus stop is at the top of my street and it is a 7min walk to the train station and mall ,supemarkets , town centre etc..7 mins drive to Trusts Stadium and 5 mins drive to West Wave swimming facilities. Alternatively it is relatively easy to use public transport and catch the airporter to either downtown or a bus to New Lynn transport hub and then grab a train or bus to my destination. Please note check in is after 11am and before 9 pm but happy to try to accommodate later arrivals by request. Check out is 10am unless by prior arrangment.
