Modern living in Villa at lake Ammersee

Stylish and modern apartment (110sqm) in historic Villa Romenthal in beautiful nature surrounding. Close to the beautiful town center of Diessen and only 900 m to lake Ammersee. Apartment with own terrace and garden access. Our apartment is situated on the lower level of the villa (Souterrain) and has a large living- and dining room with access to your own terrace and to the huge garden. Next to a separate bedroom with 1,80m boxspring bed, there is another king sized bed (2x2m) in the living room area. Further there is a small modern kitchen and a small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the living room you will find a Flatscreen TV and a Hifi system. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine. Throughout the apartment you can enjoy free Wifi. Our guests are welcome to use the garden including the trampoline and the swing. You also have access to a washing machine and a dryer in the basement. We live on the first floor of the Villa and are happy to help you with questions and give recommendations for the area. Villa Romenthal is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood in the midst of nature. Perfect for nature lovers and people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Within 900m you will be in the cute little town of Diessen and it's historic church Marienmuenster. A short walk (900m) will bring you to the beautiful lake Ammersee. We are a 45min drive away from the cities of Munich and Augsburg and close to the castles of Neuschwanstein (1h drive). Even though we are well located within Diessen, we do recommend a car for exploring the area. To reach Villa Romenthal, please take the first possible left turn (before the gates!), once you drive up the gravelroad Romenthal. After 25m please take the right entrance on to the property. Parking spaces are available. We have a minimum stay of 3 or 5 days (depending on the season). To access the apartment you will need to walk a couple of steps down.
