Our quaint 2/3 bedroom bungalow, Summers Lane B&B, is set within the beautiful village of Mirboo North in the rolling hills of the Strzelecki Ranges. It is a quiet, comfortable and clean getaway from the frenetic pace of life overlooking the lush green paddocks of the rural setting it finds itself in. Please read "The Space" description thoroughly to ascertain if this property will suit your needs. We do not have "showings", "walk throughs" or "viewings". The photographs tell the whole story. Built in the '70's, its architecture is quirky but it has been modernised to include the modern conveniences of life without being over bearing. It has a split system, reverse cycle air-conditioner, pedestal fans, electric wall heater, combustion wood fired heater with fan, dishwasher and many more comforts of home. With a concrete driveway allowing off-street parking under a large sturdy carport, Summers Lane B&B also has rear access parking too. The Master Bedroom has a Queens size bed with bedside tables with drawers. There are built-in robes with shelf and hanging space. There is also a pedestal fan. This means that if you are a couple, the bed sleeps two (2) persons. If you are a single person, the bed sleeps one (1) person. The Second Bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables with drawers. There are built-in robes with shelf and hanging space as well as a dressing table. There is a wall heater and a pedestal fan. This means that if you are a couple, the bed sleeps two (2) persons. If you are a single person, the bed sleeps one (1) person. The Third Bedroom has a single bed and is able to sleep one (1) person. However, there are two (2) foldup beds in the laundry cupboard that can be used too. Please advise, prior to checking in, if you require these foldup beds made up and they will be available upon checking in. In summary, the sleeping arrangements are as follows; - If you are couples, Summers Lane BnB will sleep seven (7) persons including the use of the two (2) foldup beds in the Laundry cupboard. - If you are singles, Summers Lane BnB will sleep five (5) persons including the use of the two (2) foldup beds in the Laundry cupboard. Please contact me directly if you require further clarification on these arrangements. This is a non-smoking property and we do ask our guests to respect other people who will be using our property to not smoke on the property at all. We do not have "showings", "walk throughs" or "viewings". The photographs tell the whole story. I have blocked bookings for commencement on a Monday or Tuesday as my house cleaner is not available. However, if you require Serenity @ Summers Lane before and through Monday and Tuesday, this is available. I appreciate your understanding. Robert As guests, you have access to almost the entire property, except the shed. We also have a bamboo outdoor setting that can be used on the front verandah or the side bricked patio area as you choose. There is also a gas BBQ complete with gas bottle and BBQ tools for your use too. We appreciate our guest's privacy and will not disturb you at all. We keep all interactions to an absolute minimum. Our neighbours are brilliant and to keep our brilliant neighbours brilliant, we enforce a strict "no parties" policy. They are one of the many reasons why we bought Summers Lane B&B. We also enforce a "no unauthorised guests" policy and a "no loud noise after 10pm" policy too. Summers Lane B&B is a short 5 minute walk from the main street with access to shops, café's, parks and amenities. An even shorter one minute walk brings you to the Nursing Home and the Doctors Surgery.
