This is a brand new holiday house just finishing construction. It is the first season to accomodate guests. Kefalonia Stone Villas and specifically Villa Petros is a state-of-the-art stone made villa offering a great many amenities a modern villa can offer. The 115 m2 Petros stone villa can accommodate up to eight (8) guests in three bedrooms with en - suite bathrooms and two sofa beds in the living room. An extra shared bathroom is available at the ground floor. The holiday house is located in a prime location of 6.700 m2 offering majestic view to the sea, mountain Ainos and St. George's castle. The plot offers high standards of privacy, peace, quite and fresh air. The house design does encompass traditional characteristics with stone facades along with modern large French doors with electric blinds. Upper floor balcony railings are made from transparent glass so guests can enjoy the stunning view towards Trapezaki bay. State-of-the-art kitchen furniture is available where guests can prepare their meals with ease and comfort. Washing and dryer machine is available at the premises. The 10 X 4 infinity swimming pool is chemical free - the filtration is based on a self cleaning electrolysis system. At the spacious garden terrace guests can enjoy making the most of sun beds, pergolas, outdoor grill and lawn. We do enourage guests to come in contact with us whenever is necessary. Our base is in Argostoli, 15 minutes away approximately. Trapezaki village is a small and yet picturesque location. Guests can find a great many tavernas, shops, mini markets, and a marvellous beach. The close proximity village of Lourdas offers a wider range of services along with another remarkable beach. Petros stone villa is located approximately 2 km from the nearest beach, 2 km from the nearest supermarket, 1 km from the nearest restaurant, 12 km from the capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli and 15 km from Kefalonia’s international airport. Guests can spent some quality time in the vicinity of the villa, let off steam and recharge their batteries with positive vibes. All in all, Trapezaki is an ideal location to use as your starting point to explore the island. Trapezaki village does have a bus stop. However, we do enourage our guests to rent a car.
