Tranquil B&B in Rural Setting (One Queen bed)

Our place is close to Te Awamutu and Kihikhi (5 mins). Mystery Creek Event Centre, Cambridge, Avantidrome, Mt Maungatautari, Lake Karapiro, Waitomo Caves all less than 30 mins. Mt. Pirongia, Hamilton & Waitomo Caves all approx. 35 mins. Raglan (57 mins), Tauranga & Mount Mangaunui (1 hr 35 mins), Auckland Airport (1hr 52mins), Rotorua (1.25hrs) and Mount Ruapehu (skiing) (2 hrs 44mins). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and Feildays attendees. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable real bed, queen sized bed. The bed has an electric blanket (For winter use) and the bedroom has a thermostatically controlled heater. The bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity. There is a separate toilet. Please note there is another bedroom that has two single beds listed separately. Private Access to the Guest bedrooms and bathroom area. Access to shared space with the owners is possible. We are happy to interact with guests and answer any questions regarding things to see and do and do in the area and to make recommendations for dinner. We live in quiet rural location just minutes from Te Awamutu and State Highway 3 where there are other lifestyle blocks. Views across the farmland are beautiful. We have a tree lined driveway and a large mature garden. Ample parking space. There is a local taxi service.
