Entire flat with great views and a flexible host!

Hi guys! I'm offering my 1 double bedroom flat in St George. It's a cosy and comfortable space with low eaves and amazing views of Bristol City Centre. It's all pretty low key and relaxed so you can come and go as you please. The stairwell and building itself isn't anything special and most of my things will be left there but it'll be clean and tidy. Feel free to use whatever is in the kitchen. It's a top floor flat so wouldn't suit people for whom stairs might be a problem. There is free on street parking in the general area. I'm very flexible with arrangements and don't expect any cleaning fees. The location is great, there are restaurants and pubs in St George (the Lock Up and the Dark Horse) and good bus links at the bottom of the hill which take you straight into the city centre in 15/20 mins (£2.00). All rooms :-)/TV/everything in the kitchen. Would appreciate it if you didn't use my toiletries though! I would also just like to point out that I don't provide towels, everything else is free to use as you see but if you could bring your own towels that would be fab. I'll be there to welcome you if needed, otherwise I'll most likely be at work so I will be in touch with check in instructions :-). If you cycle, it's about 15 mins into town (all downhill :-)). Otherwise there are great bus links into town at the bottom of the hill.
