Hale Nani Hawaii is a pristine and spacious ocean front island home located along the beautiful coastline on the west side of the island of Oahu. The entire three story house has a private gated grass area with incredible views of the ocean, swaying palm trees and sunset lit sky. Our beautiful hale is located in Wai'anae, Hawaii overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Wai'anae is known for its amazing sunsets, beautiful beaches and country living. A three story custom built home, with lots of space. Clean and spacious with central air. Our home has a living room, dining area, picturesque kitchen window, full sized kitchen with two ovens perfect for holiday or nice family meals. The large kitchen area walks out onto a lanai. There are 2.5 baths, an enclosed garage, three covered lanai and a beautiful landscaped yard. There are four bedrooms, with the master suite located on the entire 3rd floor with a private lanai. It has a walk-in closet, master bathroom with double sinks and dual shower heads including a rain shower. Master suite has a king Size bed, TV with Blue-Ray Player. The master suite includes an office area along with a full size futon for extra sleeping room, a beverage refrigerator, and it's own TV. The remaining three bedrooms include a queen size Bed, TV, blue-ray DVD player, ceiling fans and large mirror closets. Bathroom near three bedrooms hold double sinks and bathtub. We also offer a comfortable covered lanai area down stairs for you to relax and enjoy the view with a BBQ gas grill and lounge chairs. Perfect for outdoor meals. Our home is surrounded with a moss rock wall, security gate and security cameras for guest's safety. We are on the main road way at the edge of the coastline. Our three story home is made up of wide walkways and stairs between each level. This beautiful Hawaii dream home has an amazing view from just about every area of the house. Right on the coastline, the drive alone is wonderful, beaches, sunsets & Aloha. You may use public transportation such as The City Bus, Uber, or Lift. We recommend renting a car as the best form of transportation. Note: potential for noise road noise Beach Access: the beach across the street is separated by Farrington Hwy and is great for fishing. For swimming and snorkeling we recommend a 3 minute drive if you have beach gear/coolers.
