Ca’ di Radiccia is a cosy country house, an old "post station" since the 17th century in the heart of the famous wine district of Gavi hills. Our family dedicated a long time to restore it and completely renovate it with total comforts but in respect of ancient and traditional materials and of the surrounding landscape. You will profit of it from our huge and well equipped garden. In Ca’ di Radiccia you will find a warm atmosphere with multiple inside and outside living areas, where you can relax and enjoy our nature and climate. You can book our house for a min period of a 7 days and with check-in/out on Saturday The property is composed in two levels and an under roof area. At the ground floor, the living area with direct access to the garden, you can find: •comfortable kitchen completely equipped with dishwasher and washing machine •large dining room with an ancient fireplace, wood-fired oven and original wooden roof •a large double living room with a TV area and a big fireplace •a small bathroom and a storage room With an old stone stair you reach the night area in the upper floor where you can find: -The Grandma a double cosy wooden floor room, completely equipped with family furniture •The Nest a unique two single bed cove ideal for kids with direct access from the Grandma room. It has private access to the small green bathroom with shower. •The Granary is a small wooden open loft with two single beds facing a common area •The Sunset is a tween room with ancient wrought-iron beds and purple concrete floor facing the sunset on the wineyards. -The Climbing Roses is a romantic room with an ancient wrought-iron double bad and three windows facing the flowered garden. Among these two rooms there is the rose bathroom fully accessorized with bath and a wonderful view on the countryside. Thanks to the exposition east and south and of the ancient stone structure, you can profit of chilly summers and warm autumns and winters. The outside ground include gardens on different levels. Two smaller gardens are in front of the house, one include an eating zone covered from a woody arbor with a wisteria on top and white roses, equipped with an iron table for 12 people. The other one, surrounded from red and white roses, has nice relaxing area, very appropriate for a tea in the afternoon. Wooden steps bring to the big garden of abt 2.000 sqm where you can find the swimming pool and and a big area ideal for any sport activity On the south side, a moderate down hill bring the garden to our fenced border and include a woody shady area dedicated to the kids with seesaw, a wood small house, and a wide sand zone A wood house close to there is dedicated to wordrobe for the swimming pool and on the opposite side to gardens equipments but also bicycles and toys storage Several fruits trees are located in the property, including: cherries, apples, a big fig, a peach Our guests will benefits of all the services belonging to the house and any equipments available for outdoor activities Our guestswill have access to any area inside the house and outside limited to our property (abt 2.500 sqm) Someone of the owners family will welcome the guest. The small cottage, close to the house, usually accommodate the relatives of the owners family that will be pleased to spend sometime to explain to our guest how to fully enjoy their vacation. Included in the rent a lady will be available twice a week for two hr and half for cleaning or cooking. The same lady will be available for extra hrs at guest charge. The countryside area around Gavi is the perfect place to spend an holiday.
