This self-contained studio is set at the back of the rear yard of a quiet family home with a stunning backyard, overlooking an inground pool. Beautifully appointed with a modern ensuite, your clean and spacious room was fit out with new furniture in 2021 and sleeps two people in a comfortable Queen bed, 3 seater lounge with chaise, split-system heating & cooling, smart-TV, fridge, sink and kitchen cabinet and basic amenities. Enjoy a morning dip in the inground pool, or coffee or nightcap at the bar on your verandah. Your spacious room includes all amenities you'll find in a hotel/model for a comfortable stay, including 3 seater sofa with chaise, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron & board, plates and cutlery, coffee/tea/milk. The room is snug in winter and cool in summer with your own split system, an electric blanket on the bed and extra bedding. The sound-proof walls give extra noise protection, though in this quiet neighbourhood you won't need it. Our friendly small dog will greet you with a wag of the tail, then leave you alone to enjoy your stay. Easy street parking in a quiet neighbourhood. General store, cafe, pub and laundromat within walking distance. Lovely area to take a morning walk, close to creek tracks and parks. Set in a quiet local neighbourhood, with ample street parking. Our street is not a thoroughfare, safe and quiet. Corner stores, ATM, laundromat, pub, bottleshop, takeaway shops, cafe, hairdresser and lottoshop all within close proximity. Limited WiFI is available. Please note we don't have cooking facilities other than a microwave.
