Plas Derwen Country House Bell Tent Camping

Welcome to Plas Derwen, rustic and charming camping. Our brand new Maihatt Bell Tent alongside our traditional Welsh stone barn, will give you a comfortable and memorable experience of camping under the stars. The Bell tent and barn are within a private and secluded area, close to the forest and stream. No other tents are on the site, it is exclusively yours for the length of your stay. Bring bedding / sleepingbags towels & drinking water ,there are no beds in the tent. The tent will sleep up to 6 guests, the near by barn has two rooms one side is a flushing toilet / hot shower the other room has a table with small gas hob cooking equipment & mugs plates bowls / glasses. Outside there are two fire pits one has a weather proof shelter over it & a metal hot plate . Spacious private gardens surround the site. Local village of Corwen has a small supermarket , pubs, takeaways, restaurants, craft shops, information center, cafe's, gymnasium, swimming pool, bus terminus, museum, post office, ATM & beautiful scenic walks including riverside walks. Large car park in Corwen, scenic steam railway to Llangollen, local bus routes, plus busses to coast and countryside . Many beautiful walks for all levels of fitness. Guests are able to bring pop up tents ( maximum of 3 ) with a charge of £10 per tent per night, please let me know when booking if you require this .
