The rooms are spacious & welcoming. Fully furnished to a high standard providing ample storage. They are warm and comfortable looking out onto a lovely south facing garden. Both rooms have fitted carpets double glazing and central heating. My house is a large family home located in a conservation area and described as a Jewel of the borough because of its special archectural interest. The Olympic Park is easily accessed and offers a wealth of interest locally with events for everyone and Central London is only minutes by public transport. Guests have use of a fully fitted modern kitchen with use of a large storage cupboard & refrigeration space. The bathroom has a modern white suit including an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. The rear garden is south facing and a wonderful sanctuary to return to after a day exploring the city, garden furniture includes table with parasol.& comfortable chairs. Ideal for summer dining or a glass of wine in the evening. When not at home I can be contacted by phone or email and enjoy chatting about the events of the day and offering suggestions for places of interest but respect & value the need for privacy The neighbourhood is residential quiet safe & polite. I love the space of my home & garden and the easy access to Central London with 24hr transport. Forest gate train station provides a rail service into Liverpool Street or Stratford, both have multiple connections with the underground and the city. Bus numbers 86 & 25 are timetabled every few minutes from Romford Road and travel to Stratford either to connect with multiple underground lines or to visit the Olympic village & park.
