The sculptor's home

The house is in Saint-Marcel (Aosta Valley), surrounded by the nature and the highest mountains in Europe. The apartement, recently refurbished, is a part of the house where I live with my husband, but it has an indipendent access. After the entrance you'll find the equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, induction hob and freezer. The bedroom has a king size bed, tv, a large wardrobe and a huge window with a view over the green area outside and the mountains. The bathroom is small but equipped with all the necessary (washbasin, shower and a bidet). Guests are asked to throw the garbage in the special containers of the separate collection a few meters from the house (we will be happy to give you all the necessary information). Guests can access the green area outside the house; you can leave the car outside the gate at the entrance of the house. If you are lucky you will encounter our cat walking discreetly in the garden. I live in the house, so I will be there if you'll need any help. Saint-Marcel is a small village at about 10 km away from Aosta, famous for its mines (visitable with guided tours), the green water (a curious source that turned the rocks in green) and the greedy Way of Ham. The house is near La Valdotaine, a distillery and point of sale of typical food and wine products, where you can taste good grappa and the famous Saint-Marcel mountain herb ham. There is no Wi-Fi connection.
