Huge wrap around concrete patio, and forever views in every direction. NOTE - Our huge fireplace in the center of the living room is decorative only. Host available 24/7 by phone. Surrounded by the Redden Forest, but only 3 miles to town, 15 minutes to three major sports fields, and 30 minutes to resort areas - Lewes and Rehoboth Beaches. There is an extra charge for guests 8 and 9. We are unable to accommodate any more than 9. Sorry, no exceptions. Please note there are outdoor cameras . If you have Day visitors not in your group, unpaid guests or any parties, your group will be asked to leave without refund. This is required because of Airbnb coverage of our property. Pet policy - $200 fee per stay (not per day) per dog. No more than two dogs. ($400 max). This payment will be asked for as an Airbnb request separate from booking and is required 24 hours or more before arrival. Do not use fireplace it is decorative only.! During winter, if temps are below 28 degrees, the best the heat can get to at night is about 67. There are extra blankets, and it will warm quickly in the day from sun through many windows. You may want to bring warm sleep clothes. Please don’t move the thermostat beyond 75 - the units are new and working at capacity. You may feed our animals; (presently two goats) by hand anytime. Somebody will come by daily to feed and water them and quick sweep the barn. Text David anytime.
