Room with sea view

A light and bright private room with double bed and shared bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea view where you can seat and enjoy a drink. Barbecue facilities, tea, coffee and cold drinks. There is a fridge for guests' sole use. Smokers welcome outside. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so animal lovers are more than welcome. WANT TO BRING YOUR DOG? PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE BOOKING The house is close to Weston Shore beach and a 5 minute car journey from the city centre. Buses are regular. We are a same sex, multi-national couple and welcome guests of any nationality and orientation. We both work long hours and leave the house early during weekdays. We are both extremely friendly and enjoy the quieter things in life. Bedroom and shared bathroom. Conservatory with television. Guests would be required to serve their own breakfast (continental) We supply: Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, milk, bread, butter, several different jams A generally quiet area with excellent public transport links to Southampton City Centre. It is a 5 minute drive to access the M27 motorway. Weston Shore beach is a short stroll and there are Woodland walks nearby. The Centenary Quay development (1 mile) has bars and restaurants. The house is in an elevated position and has views of Southampton Water.
