Lovely working appartment close to Aarhus

Working appartment in Beder. Fully equiped 1 floor app for rent by the month for single person. Beder is situated 16 km south of Aarhus. The area offers rural surroundings, forrest, stream, green areas, training facilities, farmacy and shopping center a.o. Bus and light trail within two minuts walking distance. Many dep/arr every hour to Aarhus. 16-30 minutes to Aarhus depending on destination. The appartment is luxuriously equiped. After every lodger inprovements are made to meet the demands of 'choosy pickers'. If you have wishes during your stay Landlady will go to great length to meet your wishes. Lodgers will have access to scullary and all thinkable cleaning appliances. Washing and drying mashine: One of both is free every week. Further will cost 25 dkk per wash/dry. Access to part of garden we agree upon. A very friendly labrador, Ashlan, lives on ground floor. Therefore persons with allergies should not book! Landlady loves to help and talk to lodgers. A drink in the garden during summertime is highly appreciated. The "house" was build in 1881. Originally a four-winged farm with livestock and land. My ancestors goes way back in this area (since 1500) and I'm in direct blood relation with the "Øvil"-family that build the house. (See top gabled). The rural surroundings are amazing but still very close to the second largest town in Denmark! Beach can be reached in 5 min by car. 10 min by bus. Forrest in reach by foot. What more can one wish for? I'll never leave the area! Buses and light trail to Aarhus is 2 min walk away. Many arr/dep every hour. You can go far on a bike! As access to first floor goes through ground floor hall we will meet accidentally... Landlady is used to it! Ashlan WILL bark, but he is the nicest dog, will not jump up or bother you in any way! All lodgers very quickly learn just to say "hi" and go upstair.
