Entire (large) upstairs, entailing bedrooms, bathroom and lounge, is for guests exclusive use. The house is on a freshwater lake that is suitable for swimming and boating. You have access to a peddle boat and a small row boat. We have life jackets for adults and kids. About 2Km around the lake - a lovely walk any time of the day. Lights all the way around. We are 5 mins walk from Patterson River. The river has beautiful walking and bike paths all the way to the beach, Ringwood, Mentone, Mt Eliza or Dandenong.
