A cozy studio where you can enjoy a patio in a courtyard facing my dining room. The studio, 20 sqm, is located in my house with its own entrance at the back. It features a double bed, 180 cm, kitchen, bathroom, small table and chairs and wi-fi. Guests can enjoy a breakfast on the stairs or have a lunch in the courtyard. Parking is available on a parallel street, Ärtholmsgatan. You can easily get to Malmö C by bus or to Möllevången walking in 30 minutes. You have access to a courtyard that opens onto my dining room. Me and my kids will pass through the courtyard as we walk to the back and visit the house. However, guests make use of the seating area themselves. You can Always reach me by mail or sms/phonecall. To get home to us from Malmö C or the Triangle, there are two options with public transport: - bus 6, direction Klagshamn, and get off at Gröndal or Konsultgatan. - bus 7, direction Svågertorp, and hop off at Blekingsborg.
