The apartment is on the northern edge of the hill facing and overlooking a forest with nice paths for walking and it has an open view of the Galilee - unobstructed by electric lines I hate wasting the water of our pretious Kinneret so please short showers if you feel the same. Behind the stork there is a turquise door.The key is under the mat for cleaning shoes..Inside there are stairs on your right.Leave shoes downstairs so cleaning will be easier. Harduf is a beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by wonderful views and nice people. Harduf is an Antroposophical community. Massages and other treatments like curative eurythmy are offered. There are galleries for local products produced by the different social programs. There is also a beautiful organic farm, a peace project for youths and other interesting social programs within walking distance. 30 min drive from Haifa, 45 min from the sea of Galilee, 15 min from Nazaret and 20 min from Acre (Akko). It`s a 1 1/2 hour drive from Ben Gurion Airport. You will need a car to get comfortably in and out of Harduf. The nearest train station is in Kiryat Motzkin (about a 20 min drive). For other transportation options; ask Jutka. A common way of getting around is by hitching a ride with other people from the kibbuttz. The owner, Jutka, is the manager of the Harduf vegetarian,vegan,organic restaurant - so all guests will be treated very well there!
