Welcome to Five Firs, a large property in a secluded country setting that can accommodate 8-10 people over 4 bedrooms, all of which are en suite. As well as outstanding views of the local countryside Five Firs also and a large heated outdoor pool (april to october) and BBQ area, excellent for relaxing family gatherings. The house is set within large gardens in the countryside with stunning views of the South Downs, but only 30 minutes drive from the beaches of Eastbourne. There is a large outdoor heated swimming pool with electric safety cover surrounded by a patio, summerhouse, wc and changing room, bbq and outside dining area. Inside is very spacious with a sun lounge overlooking the gardens. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. There are 4 double bedrooms, each with en suite bath/shower rooms. There is plenty of parking at Five Firs. Local amenities include a Co-Op only 6 minutes drive away, but more importantly the nearest pub is only 2 minutes drive. For the more adventurous guest there are plenty of foot paths around the local countryside, as well as the Cuckoo trail which is excellent for cyclists. We live close by, so if there are any problems we are on hand to assist. A beautiful country setting surrounded by woodlands and farmland along with far reaching views of the South Downs We are surrounded by villages where parking is not usually a problem. We have a summer house and changing rooms at the pool side with towels, and outdoor dining crockery/cutlery and plastic glasses. There is also a dishwasher in the summer house so you do not need to carry all the crockery to the house to clean it. There is a mezzanine area upstairs that can fit 2 single beds with window and curtains to close it off to the rest of the landing. We have waterproof mattress protectors, childrens' bedding, safety gates also available.
