Heartseed House B&B is situated 1.5 miles from historic Royal Dornoch. It has recently undergone complete refurb to provide modern comfortable accommodation that complies with National Guesthouse Standards. Either full or continental breakfast is provided in the sun lounge. Our location is perfect for golfing, fishing, walking, cycling, and on the NC500 route. Denise's famous breakfast will keep you going all day either golfing, touring or relaxing. Loch room provides a Super King size bed that can be split into twin beds with ensuite bathroom. Facilities include walk in waterfall power shower, comfort height toilet, tea and coffee facilities and mini fridge. Panoramic views of the Dornoch firth and Moray hills. semi rural Parking facilities on site, own transport is advised. We have 2 small dogs which wont be in the guest areas when in use. Therefore we are open to having well behaved pets at an additional cost please ask for more details. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior arrangement.
