This home is in a great location, just 1 minute from downtown Twain Harte. Close to many recreational activities including Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Yosemite, Black Oak Casino, golf, hiking, and much more! Enjoy the views of the lake, surrounded by trees on the back deck. Inside, cozy up by the wood burning fireplace with a blanket and a book. Close to many activities, this home is a great place for all 4 seasons. You will not run out of things to do from skiing/snowboarding and playing in the snow in the winter to swimming at the lake or golfing in the summer, there is something for everyone. We are pet friendly and child friendly: You will find dog bowls for your pups in the kitchen as well as a dog bed. For those with kiddos, please ask us about the amenities we have for the little ones including a pack and play, stroller, baby gates and high chair. The entry level features a spacious kitchen, dining area, great room, and master suite. Downstairs two bedrooms with a second bath. STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE HOME You will be sent a door code to unlock the doors the day of check in. Available by App/text message if you need anything! 7am - 7pm. Available for emergencies by phone. Enjoy a walk around Twain Harte Lake on the service road just behind the house. 15 min walk or a quick 1 min drive to downtown Twain Harte. Twain Harte Offers a Public Pool, Golf, Mini Golf and Tennis Courts which are all close by. Lots of hiking trails near by as well. A short 20 min drive to Dodge Ridge ski resort and Pinecrest Lake. 15 min to Black Oak Casino and historic Gold Country. 12 min to Sonora and only 59 miles to Yosemite National Park! Walk to downtown or Twain Harte Lake. Or a quick drive to many other activities! The road to this home is plowed in the winter, though we recommend all guests carry chains. Snow is not removed from the property. Shovels and salt are provided should guests need. Please know the property is not fenced. We welcome your pups, but please keep them on a leash outside. Please clean up after your dog. You are in nature! This is bear country, please throw away trash in bins and do not keep food outside. Though we don’t see many bears, they do come to town occasionally. You may also see various insects and other wildlife around the property. Occasionally nature can find its way inside. We are at a high altitude and may get snow in the winter. We recommend all guests carry chains in the winter. Please note that snow is not removed from the property by the hosts. Shovels and salt are provided for guests. Twain Harte Lake is a private lake. You can hike around the lake, however we do not have a lake membership for guests. If you would like to partake in lake activities, we recommend Pinecrest lake. There are Ring security cameras outside the property. These are for the safety and security of ours guests as well as the property owner. Please note, these cameras do not monitor inside the home, only the exterior.
