Guests have their own private access to enter the property from the driveway, and use spiral staircase to the first floor bedroom where you can relax in peace and comfort with own tea/ coffee making facilities provided. All with cafe bars and restaurants. 30 min drive: Three Cliffs bay (outstanding scenery); Tor bay; Oxwich bay; Port Eynon bay; Mewslade bay; Rhossili bay ~Top Ten in World ranking!!and Worm’s Head is a breathtaking must see. All have small shops or cafes and pubs. Llangennith is super for surfers with Kings Head pub a favourite and popular campsite nearby. Weobley Castle has stunning views too. Ocean View wedding venue near this part of Gower Peninsular. Local cafe/bars with craft ales and great locally sourced menus are within a 5 minute walk of your room include The Bistro; Bluebell and The Vivian Arms. Also close to great restaurants and busy, vibrant bars at the Uplands: Costa coffee, The Optimist bar and kitchen, Bar St James, Verve and Brewstone; and a range of live music venues, and further large chain restaurants in the City centre and SA1 cafe bar Quarter. Good coffee shop included! Guests use driveway to access private entrance to your own space that gives guests complete privacy and security with their own locked door. You enter the property to the hallway and ground floor bathroom. The spiral staircase leads to your bedroom on the first floor. The front garden is a sunny space available during your stay with a table and chairs where you can eat/work with free Wifi. Tea/Coffee making facilities are provided within your private living space. Please note this property has a Self Check In procedure with annotated photographs which will be visible to you within 3 days of your reservation date. We ask that you please take note of these details should we be out and about at your time of arrival and not at the property to assist you. Most of our guests prefer the privacy that our accommodation affords to come and go as they wish, particularly when working. Just let us know in advance of anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and we will do our utmost to assist you. Thanks. This is a relaxed and peaceful residential neighbourhood area, with plenty of off-road parking, or you may prefer to park on our driveway. There is a good variety of local shops, cafes, bars and hairdressers within walking distance of your accommodation. Please be respectful and quiet should you return at a considerably late hour. There is a regular bus route opposite the accommodation into various parts of the City; to the University Bay Campus; the hospital or to the Gateway to Gower and the beautiful beaches listed in our Guidebook. You are able to walk to the University and the beachfront from the property. There is plenty of off road parking, or on the driveway should you so wish. This is a safe residential area so you can relax during your stay. This listing is for SINGLE occupancy only, should this number be exceeded, you will be asked to vacate the property with immediate effect. You are welcome to store a bicycle; surfboard; kayak; canoe should you have the need. Please be quiet and respectful between the hours of 23.00 and 08.00, as this is still part of our home.
