Self contained garden studio

Comfortable double bed studio with kitchenette, en suite, wardrobe and desk. Set in a quiet garden. A quick walk from buses to the city and eastern suburb beaches. Everyone who has stayed has loved the studio and the location. It's a calm, safe space with all you need to be comfortable. Hot shower, Internet and a comfortable bed. Locked access to the garden and to the studio. Kitchenette with your own fridge, hot plate, crockery and cutlery. En suite bathroom with a hot shower and toilet. The studio has its own washing machine and clothes drying space. Wifi is constant. We come and go daily and enjoy interaction but do not impose ourselves in anyway. It is a very friendly and safe neighbourhood. Close to parks, beaches, shops and restaurants as well as the Uni and city. It's less than a 5 minute walk to bus stops that can take you to the city, beaches, UNSW and shops. Shops are only a 10 minute walk away.
