Fabolous house close to nature and city

Right by the lake in the beautiful neighborhood Gudö, 20 minutes from the Citycenter of Stockholm and 40 min to Arlanda Airport by car, is this house located. A large terrass with spa-pool and BBQ. Two parking lots right next to the house. Great bus communication to central Stockholm (30min). Local shops and restaurants are close by. Small beach are near by and the forest is around the corner. You are welcome to use the whole house except from one walk-in closet and a storehouse. You will have access to the house, two parking lots and one guesthouse with a bunk bed and a sofa. You will also have access to a relaxing spa-pool and a large plot with lake view. We’ll be available on phone or email. We love living in this quiet area with amazing scenery. The house is 1,5 km from the bus-station and the bus departs every 10-15 min to Stockholm city or Gullmarsplan. The surrounding nature is fantastic. The house is located close to Tyresta nationalpark and the lake, where you can swim and have fun, is 5 min away. Great for kids.
