This place is located 20 meters from the beach ⛱ , 30 meters away from the main public parking area of Paralia, right next to convenience stores & restaurants. My apartment is newly renovated, surrounded by restaurants, retail stores, groceries, bakery, bars, beach bars, fast food restaurants, and plenty of sun and sand withing a 20 meters walking distance. Always sparkling clean and welcoming, I offer this apartment to any valuable guest. The place can accommodate 3 adults + 1 child This is a 1+1k apartment that can accommodate 2 to 4 people! It has a kitchen, big refrigerator, 1 king sizebed, couch bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning and a newly installed bathroom Guests can access the place with their own key Wich is provided by mě personally, and is located on the 1st floor of a building with no elevator. Guests can reach me 24/7 at their disposal! I have a zent for customer service, and I would be more than happy to assist you via any means of communication. This is a pretty quiet location, which still has access to the beach right away. So it's both quiet and in central beach spot. Mostly guests can get around on foot, the entire city is a 20 walk from one end to another. We could also recommend scooter of amv rental. Please note: The place can accommodate up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, using the couch bed. A family permanently lives on the 3rd floor, but you won't be in any kind of touch with them since you're on the 1st.
