You will have access to one side of this lakefront duplex located directly on the lake. This property has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a washer and dryer as well as a fully furnished kitchen. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy the beautiful Lake Kampeska. Bonus: Enjoy a massage in your very own massage chair located in one of the bedrooms. Our Lake front property is a cozy place to unwind and refocus on what’s important in life. Relax in the massage chair or enjoy the morning sunrise sitting on the back patio with the occasional pelican floating by. If you want to go on a morning run we are only a quarter of a mile from the bike trail that wraps around the lake. Or walking distance to the only sandy beach on the lake. Guest will have access to three parking spots in front of the duplex and the fenced in boundary in the back yard along with the sea wall. We are available to guest in person or through text message. We are located walking distance to Sandy Shore Park that has a whole beach, Playground for kids and water access. We live a very safe neighborhood that has little noise or disturbance. The property to the East of the Airbnb is vacant. Leaving you with a quiet stay. A great way to get around would be to either walk or bike. Whether you want to go to The Prop for lunch or dinner or go walk along the beach at Sandy Shore Park. Please respect your hosts personal backyard space. Thanks you!
