Holiday guest house

Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A western two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for a family to experience Sydney livings. The property is close to Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centre. It is also near the Telopea station, bus stop and local shopping area (by 10 minutes walk). It is a newly built fully furnished guest house with the floor area of 60m2 and a carport. The guests have separate access to the house and can have their own privacy. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds and is suitable for family and is comfortable for up to four people. Our neighbourhood is safe, quiet and friendly. There is no heavy traffic through our street. The guests have separate driveway and entrance to the guest house. A separate carport is also available on the property. I migrated to Sydney when I was 18 so that I know many interesting places in Sydney. I am an outgoing person and are happy to share local information with the guests if needed. Our home is located in Telopea, New South Wales, Australia. The area is quiet and safe, which includes a mix group of young families and senior people. A children playground is 100 meters from our house.The place is close to Carlingford, Easwood, Sydney Olympic Park and Paramatta, which is a major city in West Sydney. Telopea train station, which is linked to Carlingford and the West and Sydney City train lines, is from 10 minutes walk from our place. Bus stop (15 minutes frequent) to Paramatta, Easwood, Epping and Macquarie shooping centers is also 10 minutes walk from our place. - We will do our best to make your stay in our home comfortable and is a happy experience. However, we expect from our guests to consider our place is your home, and in addition be respectful to our house rules and or conditions. - Please also note that amenities provided in the bathroom and in the kitchen are complimentery for short term guests only. - We need to take a (photo) copy of your driving licence or passport. - For long term guests (of more than one month), electricity and water costs are not covered by the rent and a signed rent contract is required.
