Comfortable apartment for maximum 3 people located at the ground floor with garden and independent entrance door. It is made of a living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, double bedroom. All around the beautiful Dolomites. Plenty of shops and supermarket within walking distance. S.Vito di Cadore is both a winter and summer resort. It offers a nice ski area at about 700 mt from the apartment ( ski -bus just cross the road) as well as a cycling route to Cortina and Dobbiaco nearby, and many paths will take you to our mountain huts. Cortina d'Ampezzo is just 10 km far away. You can easily reach it by bus or by car. Nearest airport Treviso or Venice, connected by a direct bus Cortina Express. Nearest train station Calalzo di Cadore. There are many reasons why you should visit this beautiful area, but if you want to take a relaxing holiday, that's it. Minimum stay 1 week. No animals allowed. A city tax of 1,50 eur per person per day to be paid cash upon arrival. Utilities are included for rentals up to 14 nights. Heating is extra, to be paid cash upon departure. On request we can provide linen and towels (15 euro per person per week)
