Burnett's Rest is a funky cottage with a Balinese feel that is within walking distance of the Beach, Shops and Pub. WiFi, with Netflix in lounge and main queen room (huge screen TV) Recently renovated with all the bits and pieces you will need for your holiday :) Plenty of room for a boat and car/cars. Don't let the price fool you! Burnett's rest is a private, entire 3 bedroom house, set back from the road that provides privacy with a tree setting. Please read our info in THE SPACE re Linen :) Our house is continually being renovated and has that fresh clean feel. The house is also quite private from surrounding houses. Within 25 mins drive to Hervey Bay. If you are hanging out in Burrum Heads you can leave your car at the house. Walk to Beach - Park - Shops and local Pub. A budget holiday without being a budget space. Our family stays at Burnett's rest and we also welcome you and your family Enjoy! In the interests of keeping costs down for our guests our tariff is already discounted as NO LINEN.. Some of our guests (especially long term) sometimes want to bring their own linen. By only providing it upon request and for a small fee we ensure our tariff costs to guests are as low as possible. Linen includes - Sheets - pillowcases - Towels - hand towels - face washers - bath mats and soaps. :) LINEN IS ONLY $35. THIS COVERS AS MANY BEDS AS YOU LIKE BEING MADE UP FOR YOU AND INCLUDES THE ENTIRE DURATION OF YOUR STAY. OR BRING YOUR OWN TO SAVE EVEN MORE ON YOUR HOLIDAY! Please note guys: If you choose to bring your own linen you will also need to bring your own SOAP and TOWELS :) OUR GARDENS - We are doing our best to plant an edible garden. Please only take what you need to eat during your holiday and consider others. Please do not cut down the bananas as our gardener looks after these. :) Entire house. Can text/call me anytime, otherwise just enjoy your stay! Burrum Heads is a quiet seaside village. Burrum has some of the best fishing and crabbing in QLD. The Easter fishing comp is a must visit. Beaches are quiet at most times of the year and even at peak season you can still get a spot on the sand. Some highlights would be Barra season - mudcrabs - whiting - local markets - beautiful drives - good ole fashion pub and friendly locals. The town has a small but well stocked supermarket, butcher, bakery, cafe, and other small businesses. The nearest hustle and bustle and big retail is in Hervey Bay which is 25 minutes away. Walking to all local attractions and a drive to Hervey bay. Walk to beach - shops - pub The $45 cleaning fee is used for our cleaner to cover the basics. (House left in same clean condition as at check in) A surcharge will apply if further cleaning is required. BATHROOM LIGHT IS BEHIND THE SLIDING DOOR There are 4 external security cameras. We value our guests privacy and the cameras are not monitored when there are guests at the property. We live a few hours away and they are only for security when the house is not tenanted.
