This self contained newly renovated farm bothy set 4 miles from the beautiful Moray firth coast in a rural farm setting has a double bed room, wet room with shower and a sitting room. There is a bed settee within the sitting room suitable for 1 extra adult or 2 children. The sitting room has a multifuel stove to heat space and water and a small kitchenette with gas rings, sink, fridge and microwave oven. Patio doors open onto a sunny terrace. Let me know if you need the bed settee made up. You have access to whole bothy, parking is in shared yard. We are available at most times in the adjacent farm house. The North Aberdeenshire Coast is a hidden gem with miles of quiet sandy beaches, small coastal villages and wide skyes. Visit the local distilleries the historic harbour at Portsoy or Duff house housing part of the National Galleries of Scotland art treasures. We are a mile from any bus routes so a car or bicycle is probably a must, the nearest train station is Huntly or Keith 11 miles away and an airport at Aberdeen or Inverness approx 50 miles. Pets are allowed with prior notice but we have chickens so no chicken chasing dogs etc and respect the space with no pets on the furniture. If you need a dog bed just ask and Meg will give up her spare one.
