A quiet and comfortable house, decorated with taste. Stands on a hill between Finikas and Poseidonia villages, with a view to the bay. Three minutes walk from Finika beach and the small market of Finikas (bakery and grocery store, super market), where you can find everything you need. Very close to the beautiful beaches of Agathopes and Komito. 6-7 km drive from the beautiful town of Ermoupolis The ground level consists of a big sitting room with three sofas and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. You will always find a shady spot in the ground level verandas to have your breakfast or lunch. The first level has three bedrooms, one bathroom with bath tub, and a big veranda with great sea view. Air condition is available in the sitting room and two of the bedrooms, while the third bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. The house sleeps 7 people comfortably. Couches in the sitting room can be used as beds for 2 additional persons. There is shaded parking space in the house’s courtyard, as well as a shower closet in case you prefer to have your shower in the open air.
