If both the guest/s and us have time available, we would indeed enjoy times of sharing from time-to-time. Our Guidebook has details of many of the attractions that Bundaberg has to offer. We suggest prospective guests to peruse the Guidebook so that they can plan their trip, and determine how many days they would like to stay in our region. Bundaberg is a thriving country town with all banks, churches, other services, sporting and entertaining facilities. Natural attractions abound: Mon Repos turtles, Whale tours, Lady Musgrave cruises, Burnett River cruise, Rum factory, Hinkler Hall of Aviation, Fraser Island tours, etc. Surfing beaches are mild due to protection from Fraser Island. Daily train services north to Cairns, and south to Brisbane. There is a rather limited bus service to Bundaberg, Elliott Heads and Bargara with stops 200 or 300 metres away. There is a walkway from the golf course between homes 6 & 7 where occasionally a golf cart may pass, or people may walk during the day. But, we haven't heard any loud noises at all. Nor have we heard anything that would be unsettling at night.
