The house is rented exclusively and is located on the top of the hill , in the ancient village of Stabbiano . It is part of the old village but enjoys absolute silence and breathtaking views of the hills of Chiatri , Farneta and Stabbiano . The ground floor has entrance hall, kitchen (dishwasher , oven , gas stove, microwave etc ) , lounge with TV and bathroom with shower . On the first floor, instead of the three rooms . One double, one single bed and one with twin beds . Silence and nature. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with matrimonial bed, one single bed and one with twin beds (first floor).On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the livingroom, a bathroom with shower. Two terraces and garden with table and chairs are available.Dishwasher, iron ,tv, microwave, oven and whashingmachine are available. It preserves the typical original subdivision, with rooms of different heights, grit floor or original bricks. The silence is sometimes so strong as to leave the visitor speechless. Open/ separated garden and covered intimate terrace at your disposal. free public parking on site. Babychair on req.Local extra-virgin olive oil extra-charge. Daily/ mid.-week cleaning extra charge (13€ per hour). Baby-sitting and personal chef are available extra-charge. Final cleaning included in the price. Stabbiano which is set on the top of the hill and the view on the lush woods is definitely breathtaking and totally relaxing. Silence and nature in all its expressions really rules in this enchanting place. The village of Stabbiano is composed by some old hamlets and a church. Is also located near Chiatri Puccini, where you cans till admire the first villa owned by Puccini (now closed to the public) facing the lake of Massaciuccoli. The landscape is breathtaking. In Chiatri you can also find Ristorante Da Mariano a typical lucchese restaurant which can be a good solution for your evening dinners!! First market area is at 5 kms away . Lucca centre 20 minutes away. Viareggio with its sandy beaches is only 30 minutes away. Cycling and trekking tracks available. On foot and by bike and by car. Cai routes and LIPU Oasis of Massaciuccoli (boat trips and birdwatching). The nearest free beach (paid parking only) is in Marina di Vecchiano. The nearest restaurant is called Da Mariano. But in the area we also point out La Corte, Il Borghetto, Le Terme. Nearest takeaway pizzeria "Era L'Ora". It is advisable to visit the historic center of Lucca and for the food and wine tours, the village of Montecarlo. Nearby you can admire the Villa di Chiatri by Giacomo Puccini (closed to the public, but visible from the outside and with it the suggestive view of Lake Massaciuccoli; the Certosa di Farneta (alas only men are allowed for visits) and the Fattoria Bigongiari to the delight of the little ones.
