A morning walk inside the gated property of 6 acres of Paradise Greens is not to be missed. Most endearing part - complete isolation from city life attributes. One of the very few places on offer with 100% genset backup ! Following a no trash policy, all guests are requested to carry back all their trash- big bags would be given if reqd. Guests would have the complete Villa to themselves during the homestay , with its sprawling lawns , barbeque station, plunge pool , sit-out decks . NO PETS ALLOWED. Guests can communicate over (Hidden by Airbnb) with the property owner after booking confirmation/payment - contact numbers of two guests to be shared for communication. Property manager will interact morning, afternoon and evening to make ur stay comfortable . The villa is surrounded by trekking spots, streams and adventure sports. Indus para-gliding centre is 1 km away , centuries old Kondeshwar Temple is 6 km away , Wet-n-Joy Water Park 18 km (35 min drive), Karla Caves 23 km (45 min drive), the famed Toni-da-dhaba 13 km (25 min drive ). Driving down from Mumbai, get off the Expressway at Karla Exit after Lonavla , reach Kamshet in 16 km OR reach Kamshet from Pune via old Pune-Mumbai highway . At Kamshet, turn to proceed towards Govitri village / Uksaan dam, further to Vadavli village . Set menu Breakfast , lunch and dinner arrangements possible through in-house cook (cooked in a seperate clean kitchen ) - menu confirmation required 24 hours before check-in , payment on arrival in cash. Important to note that remote location needs 10km travel to access market, so last minute changes/ demands not possible. Base tariff is for 8 pax maximum occupancy, additional charges at rs 500 per head per night beyond 8 pax chargeable as utility charges. No loud music , no halla- gulla after 10 pm - in open area sound travels 100s of meters easily ... the villagers object .
