Cosy and charming house with private garden in a quiet location near the long and sandy beach of Paralia Ofryniou. Ideal for calm and relaxing holidays in the nature (but only 1,5 km from the nearby animated village with lots of shops bars and restaurants). Within walking distance from the beach and local shops. Perfectly located at 90km from Macedonia Airport, 64km from Serres and 50km from Kavala it is ideal for daily excursions in nearby breathtaking beaches and various archeological sites. The house can accomodate 4 people in 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds and it is ideal for a family with children, for a couple or a group of friends. The bathroom is semi-detached and its entrance is from the outside, right next to the back door of the house. In the private front garden there is parking space, a garden pavillion which offers great shade and barbecue equipment . The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, two fridges (on desk and sub desk) and utensils. Bath towels, linen and soaps are provided. Easy access to the beach, surrounding beach bars and local shops. We will be in the house when you arrive to welcome you, give you the keys and provide you with bath towels and linen.
