Roro's: a newly renovated home in 'Carrodise'

Newly renovated, Roro's aims to make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Wake up and enjoy an espresso, breakfast in the courtyard and freshen with arguably the best shower! Roro's is located short walking distance to cafes, pubs, restaurants, our famous bowlo, as well as shops, post office, public transport, parks and beautiful harbour. The home shares a wall with our house, and limited floorboard noise can sometimes be heard from both houses. Roro's is mix of original and modern. The front bedrooms have been kept in their original form with beautiful wall paneling, with the comfort additions of fans and down lights. Wardrobes are also provided in both bedrooms, as well as a work desk for any emails you may need to address while on your stay. Laundry facilities are provided for your washing/drying needs, including washing powder and drying rack. Cooking amenities are provided if you wish to cook while on your stay. Enjoy the back courtyard for any outdoor dining, a relaxing wine or getting stuck into a good book while listening to the kookaburras sing close by. Currently we have no suitable bedding for babies or toddlers, but these are welcomed if you are travelling with children. Guests can access all rooms and areas of the property. A code to enter the property will be provided to you before your arrival. We live next door and will be available if any issues arise during your stay. Carrington is a working industrial suburb, 3km from the city, and a short drive to the beautiful beaches and ocean pools. 'Carrodise' as it is referred to by the locals, has beautifully restored pubs, a bowlo which is perfect for families with kids who love running around, and coffee shops. There is also a corner store and post office for any errands you may need to run. A short walk to the creek will bring you to a great fishing spot as well as visiting the many pelicans that love sleeping and swimming around the bridge. Buses run through Carrington, with a bus stop at the end of our street. The Wickham train station, tram stop and bus exchange is a 15 minute walk from your stay.
