Location, location, location!! Recently renovated 3 bed Terraced House located in the heart of Galway City! Only a 4 minute walk from Shop St. and all of the action that Galway City brings. Guests will feel instantly at home in this charming house and can avail of our facilities including on-street parking directly outside, Wi-Fi, Air-to-Water heating system (24 heat and hot water) and South facing back garden!) Renovated less than 3 years ago, this 100 year old character house will make you feel instantly at home and offers the perfect getaway for anyone looking to visit our wonderful city here in Galway. Downstairs, the first thing you will notice is the blast of heat coming from our underfloor heaters! After this, you will step into our cozy sitting room with open fire place, 40 inch TV and sofa bed. There is also a downstairs toilet and shower across the hall. Further down the hall, through our barn door is our kitchen (with large range oven, retro fridge, integrated dishwasher and washer/dryer) and living room with large L-shaped sofa, 50 inch TV and cream wood burning stove! The living room is bright and airy due to our 3 meter sliding glass door which leads out into our south facing garden (astro turf grass) and shed. The perfect spot to catch some of Galway's Sunny Rays! Upstairs is the first of our double rooms which has views of the Cathedral and Presentation Road. Beside this bedroom is our Master bathroom with bath/shower. At the back of our home is our extremely quiet Master Bedroom with Super King Bed, Walk in Wardrobe, Vanity Area and En-Suite. The house is heated by Air To Water which means there is hot water and the heat on 24 hours a day. The house is always warm and there is always hot water! Guests have access to the entire house bar the nursery/box room which is used to store our children’s toys etc! If your party includes kids, we can arrange for toys to be provided!! I’m very accessible and always contactable via phone or email. If I’m in Galway, I will be there to meet the guests and show them some of the sights around Galway! Presentation Road is located 4 minutes from Shop Street and all the buzz that Galway is famous for. One does not need a car in this central location as the world famous Spanish Arch/Claddagh is only a 5 minute walk away. NUI Galway is a 3 minute walk away. Galway's Hospital is 3 minutes away. Salthill and the beaches are 15 minutes walk away! Despite it's centrality, Presentation Road is a family and settled area meaning it's extremely quiet and SAFE... Galway's main police Station is 150 meters away! Walk, walk, walk... or cycle! Buses to Salthill (10 mins away) run from Eyre Square and the Spanish Arch every 20 minutes. Buses to Dublin run every 30 minutes from Eyre Square (8 mins walk away).
