Nuevo Portil is part of the larger town of El Portil a small, but popular beach resort on the Costa de la Luz, situated in the Huelva province, six kilometres from Punta Umbria. The area is distinctive for its freshwater lagoon nature reserve, set in an area of outstanding beauty with magnificent sea views. El Portil is the setting for one of the best beaches in Spain, and along the local coastline here offers some superb beaches. El Portil enjoys a mild climate, with little rain and more than 3,000 hours of sun a year. The house is located in Hoyo 14's Community, in Nuevo Portil. It is a closed, private urbanization, and very well preserved, since throughout the year it has maintenance personnel and a gardener. The urbanization has a security key system to access both the interior and the parking lot or the paddle tennis courts. It has two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults. The pool is open in Summer and there is always a lifeguard. The house is located directly opposite the pool area. There are also 3 glass paddle tennis courts for the exclusive use and enjoyment of owners and tenants. In addition, the urbanization has many green areas both for walking and for children to have fun. Hoyo 14's Community is located within the Nuevo Portil Golf Course, an area with a very low density of housing, very well maintained, close to the sea and, in general, a very quiet area and ideal to go with the family. In the area, there are many activities to entertain yourself. It is an ideal area to practice family activities. There is a Nautical Club in the surroundings where you can rent a boat and take sailing lessons. There are also several golf courses within 10 minutes.
